1.2. This MB "CEMENA" privprivacy policy (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) - a document approved by the Seller, which contains the basic rules for the collection, storage, processing and storage of Personal Data.

4.1.6. principle of integrity and confidentiality - Personal data is processed in such a way that adequate security of Personal data is ensured by applying appropriate technical or organizational measures, including protection against unauthorized or illegal data processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.

Sources of personal data

5.1. Personal data is obtained:

12.1.4. The right to restrict data processing. The data subject has the right to restrict the processing of his Personal data. After restricting the processing of Personal data, the Data Controller will no longer perform any actions, except data storage. The processing of personal data can be restricted in at least one of the following circumstances:

12.1.4.1. The data subject's data is inaccurate (Personal data processing actions in this case will be limited to checking the accuracy of the data);

A data subject who believes that his rights have been violated has the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority for personal data protection - the State Data Protection Inspectorate, www.ada.lt.
